Devonshire is recruiting for an experienced conference producer to join a successful team at a prestigious publishing group.
Working within a busy department organisng conferences in the energy sector, you will be responsible for producing a portfolio of commercial conferences around the world. This will involve all stages of the production cycle from market research and developing conference themes through to running the conference on the day, and will include speaker recruitment and full logistical responsibility. You will be working on a busy portfolio of events that will require you to travel abroad.
You will have a minimum of one year's conference production experience, preferably gained within the energy sector, and be able to work successfully to deadlines under pressure. Your acute attention to detail, coupled with excellent organisational and logistical skills, will mean that you can work across a portfolio of events whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
This is a permanent opportunity based in London and paying up to £25,000, depending on experience and carries performance-related bonuses.
