Devonshire are recruiting an experienced Director of Client Services for a well known media publisher, to hold accountability and responsibility for customer relations and experience.
You will be required to identify, design and implement the Client Relationship Management strategies to develop customer satisfaction and retention. You will monitor and track performance and ultimately be responsible for increasing and retaining customer loyalty. Your main focus will be to add value and reduce cost by launching new policies and strategies to enhance customer relations. Overall you must have a proven record of developing and maintaining effective customer relations; you will be charismatic, engaging and be able to identify and nurture potential business relationships.
Demonstrable experience of relationship building and client management is essential, as is the ability to deliver exceptional customer offerings. You will be an excellent mediator with impressive negotiation skills and the ability to inspire people.
