A leading Healthcare Communications Company is looking for a Graphic Designer to cover maternity for a minimum of 6 months.
As the Graphic Designer you will be taking direction from Senior Designers where you will be helping with the designing, artworking, typesetting and management in the production of print based design. You will be working with Editorial and Client Services staff as well as Suppliers to ensure that all work and production is of the highest standard.
As the Graphic Designer, you will need at least 3 years of experience (ideally within an in-house or small agency environment), have a strong grasp of design, print and digital production processes including competence of industry software (CS3 etc). A strong level of attention to detail is key to the role as is good organisation skills, a flexible/committed approach and the confidence to liaise with clients/suppliers etc to meet agreed deadlines.
Please note this is a contract role and the salary of £25k is pro rata'd on a 6 month contract
