CRM Systems Marketing Manager is required to lead the EMEA CRM (using SalesLogix) Management Team (3 direct reports with budgetary responsibility) in the BAU Support and ongoing review of a major FS organisation's use of Sales Force Automation tools.
This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of activities relating to CRM but must pay particular attention to the following: deployment of large scale global systems implementations included in this is gathering and documentation of As-Is process analysis, future state business requirements, approval of Technical Specifications; the ultimate goal is to improve client / user experience, data quality, processes, reporting capabilities, training provision and adoption of the systems themselves.
The ideal candidate will have worked extensively with SalesLogix or similar global CRM solutions (with regional implementations) and possess strong strategic Lead / PM skills with proven experience in being the conduit between Business and Technology teams (Relationship Mgt). It is crucial that there is demonstrated experience in handling client record data systems, issues and process improvements and strong business acumen towards understanding both Sales and Marketing processes in order to deliver suitable and effective system capabilities.
Candidates need to have gravitas and be able challenge and manage expectations within the business as well as manage a team and budgets.
