An HRIS Communications Manager is needed to facilitate global HR and HRIS change within a major multinational.
Suitable candidates should have proven commercial experience in effectively communicating change to both HR and Technology (HRIS) functions in a leading global company; and be sensitive to the cultural differences and change management issues that this can entail.
As well high level analysis skills; candidates must demonstrate the ability to write communications materials necessary to execute strategy (using various formats including email, newsletters, web (intranet design and content), etc.) and facilitate the production of communications materials and programme updates.
Suitable applicants should have around five years experience of leading Communications Management within large projects or programmes such as ERP, HR and CRM. Extensive travel will be a necessary part of this role.
