This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Manager for HR Technology (SAP HR) to join a leading Consultancy Service. They are facing increased demand to assist multinational private and public clients in improving the effectiveness of their HR functions. This temporary engagement may be lead a to a permanent role at a later date.
Firstly, applicants should have a commercial background with working with the SAP HR product and be familiar with present functionality across the full development lifecycle. Secondly, an excellent understanding of the operations of a Human Resources function from a business process perspective, the priorities and challenges that an HR Function faces and an ability to innovate and find strategic solutions that improve effectiveness through transformation, shared services, HR service delivery facilitated and supported through the use of cutting-edge and future-state technology.
Suitable candidates will have exceptional talent and first rate communication skills; able to increase opportunities and revenues through defining and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness of (SAP HR) technology across the entire HR function and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Relevant experience will include working for another consultancy, as an HR Business Partner Lead with technology (SAP) specialism or software vendor experience.
