SCRUM Master (Java/RoR Team) | London City | Permanent | £55,000 to £65,000 + Bonus/Benefits
We are working with a leading e-commerce SME to hire a proactive SCRUM Master to head up the fast growing 5-6 person team.
Our client is looking for someone to come on board, shake things up and refine processes, set timescales/iterations/sprints, lead morning coffee drinking sessions etc etc etc.
This is a key role within the company, moving forward, and you will have full support from Senior Management to implement change. If you are from a Development background and have experience of:
• Implementing/improving Agile processes.
• Managing Agile teams.
• Planning daily huddles and Sprint cycles.
• Taking projects from concept to launch.
• Getting the best out of your team
