A world-famous Advisory organisation seeks a Senior Associate who specialises in Software and Implementation services, focused on HR-related International Mobility and Reward.
Working as part of a team, you will see projects through from start to finish, taking a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the project run to plan. You will work with a diverse range of large global clients, both in the UK and overseas. You will be responsible for capturing client requirements accurately and assisting with turning these into meaningful business solutions. you will deliver client facing projects on time and on budget, building upon and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also assist with the configuration of the software platforms for client requirements and carry out the on-going maintenance of the technology platforms.
You must have experience and an understanding of:
- Working with similar technologies in a 'Big 4' or large top tier accountancy firm and delivering technology projects to clients within this arena
- HR or Tax exposure in a 'Big 4' or large firm environment
- Supporting and/or maintaining HR or Tax software with direct exposure to clients
- Handling multiple concurrent projects
- Managing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
