One of the major City Law firms is seeking Proofreaders to join their Proofreading team. Various shifts are available.
Your role will be to proofread a variety of legal, financial and marketing literature, but this role is more than just examining for grammar and typos - you must also ensure that documents read correctly in terms of sense and clarity. To be successful within this role, you will have extensive knowledge of proofreading, be able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload. Your communication skills must be strong and the ability to meet deadlines is a must.
Previous successful candidates have come from a corporate editorial background or been involved in technical writing or high-end proofreading.
