This role require you to become a super user of the accounting, production and media systems to a level of expertise in order to provide account handling, support and training to clients.
The core responsibilities include:

Training clients onsite to use systems in order to increase their efficiency and allow them to realise cost benefits

Providing telephone support for client queriesUnderstanding the clients’ business so that the system continues to develop and meet the changing needs of the industry

Accurately documenting training sessions and client meetings for internal and external reporting

Liaising professionally with other departments (Programming, Technical Services, Sales and Management) to communicate client’s needs

Product development and testing of new releases to ensure they conform to systems specifications and client’s expectations.
This rare and interesting role requires applicants to posses excellent communication skills due to the client facing nature of the role. You will ideally have used industry specific accounting systems such as Macomony, DDS or Adserve and have solid accounting and bookkeeping skills.
