We're looking for talented Account Managers to lead a high-performance team, delivering innovative email and CRM activities to major high-street and financial brands, such as Boots, British Airways and RBS.

They have a team of experienced direct marketers who manage every phase of an e-mail marketing programme, including strategic planning and creative design, campaign execution, response management, data analysis and custom application development.

Your passions will include managing client relationships, defining & developing e-Mail marketing strategies, retaining & growing existing business and developing & delivering proposals.

We're looking for someone able to manage, develop and train programme managers, oversee team and project development processes. Ideally, you will have several years' experience, be adept at dealing with clients at senior levels and have a good understanding of e-technologies – ideally email marketing technologies. You are likely to come from a senior marketing (ideally direct and/or digital marketing) position within a client organisation or from an Agency background.
