This fantastic media company, based in the West End, are looking to recruit a Credit Controller with a industry background.
You will need to be proactive in chasing outstanding debts according to the agreed credit terms and conditions, and ensure cash collection days and amounts are in line with company targets. You will also be required to support the billing manager in all areas of billing, including raising invoices and updating budgets.
Core responsibilities will include credit control for the business, daily banking of cash, posting to sales ledger, monthly statements, updating cash flow, preparing weekly debtors report, distributing weekly debtors report to account handlers, circulation of daily and weekly cash received, dealing with customer queries, raising draft invoices and credit notes from client budgets, completion of job bag reviews with account handlers and updating client budgets with invoices raised.
