Business Analysis Manager - An outstanding opportunity to join a leading Software Specialist targeted towards the Investment Banking industry. The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Analysts to ensure they work to their best potential and deliver quality results. Applicants should have proven commercial experience of working as a team leader and a Senior Business Analyst with commercial experience of the financial services software solutions industry.
Candidates will be responsible for delivering functional specifications, liaising with internationally based end-users, Project and Product Management, Development, QA and Client Services providing quality control of the team's work, second level support and testing.
The successful candidate, will be degree-calibre, possess excellent analytical skills and be able to clearly articulate business and functional requirements. Hold the ability to deliver under pressure to tight deadlines. Ability to work well as part of a team and by oneself, have strong interpersonal skills and have a keen interest in financial markets.
You should be confident, talented and have first class written and spoken communication skills matched with experience of interacting with Clients and team members. Major languages (Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Russian) would be advantageous along with knowledge of UML, experience in writing Use Cases and User Stories. There is also excellent scope for career progression.
