We consider this to be a unique role combining staff planning management across four corporate teams, with the opportunity to work on a Public Sector client within the Education arena.
This is an ideal role for an Associate Director level candidate who loves managing multiple team capacity planners in line with agreed budgets. A strong sense for financial management and a passion for staff development are key qualities required. Working closely with management, finance and HR you will ensure correct level of staffing across the teams.
You will also have the chance to keep your PR consulting skills sharp as there will be circa 30% allocation to the Learning & Skills Council team. This will provide scope to work at Associate Director level, on a series of high profile Government campaigns to encourage people to improve their skills.
