This is your chance to join and lead a group of designers from lots of different backgrounds, working with brands to create compelling experiences.
As Creative Director, your role will be to deliver yearly account targets through excellent design. You will be expected to help grow your clients year on year, directing creative strategy and time management and managing workloads within your team on a long term and short term basis. You'll identify potential issues and forecast the on-going recruitment requirements, whilst managing key accounts and growing the overall value and profitability.
You’ll have worked on FMCG/Retail accounts previously (preferably in the capacity of Creative Director) and have a supporting portfolio with fresh design ranging from concept to implementation, fully demonstrating how you have added value in previous projects. You’ll have worked in a managerial and client-facing position and are now looking for the room to stretch your legs in a growing company.
