An established company, well-respected in their field, are looking at hiring a new Creative Partner to ensure the business continues to grow and capitalises on its current successes, in the long term.
You are a Packaging Creative, with a passion for the Food and Drink sector, able to offer not only Design expertise but business and entrepreneurial flair. You will be responsible for maximising new business development, offering outstanding design concepts, and have exposure to the high-end of Packaging Design, preferably from a top London agency. You're looking for the chance to build a business that's at the cutting edge of design, offering superior client services and increasing the already solid client portfolio.
You have experience of managing and developing design and production teams and are proactive in your work, with prior experience of improving workflow systems and internal processes.
Salary is negotiable, you will have the opportunity to gain equity in the company and over the long-term become a partner in a growing, profitable and successful design house.
