Helpdesk Analyst

£24,000 to £26,000 per annum plus benefits

Helpdesk Analyst - An outstanding opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a leading international communications and IT company.  The successful candidate will provide first line support via telephone for the PC desktop and laptop environment.

Applicants must be adept at problem resolution and have an excellent understanding of Windows 2000, XP, MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), Exchange, MS Project, account administration, SMS Remote control and dial up.  Applicants must also be able to support the Disaster Recovery Team.  MCSE qualification is highly desired.

Applicants should be self motivated and be able to provide support for an expanding international environment.  Based in Berkshire, the position reports directly to the Manager EMEA IT Operations.

Successful candidates must be confident, energetic, and adaptable and have broad IT industry experience, degree level qualifications (Information Technology/ Engineering/ Business), and be able to work to respond to issues efficiently when required, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
