This is a great opportunity for a commodities journalist / editor to progress within an extremely profitable company. You will be working with copy submitted by non-native English journalists whose copy will have to be manipulated into perfect prose for the related newsletters covering the oil and gas industry. You will also be writing for the newsletters on a daily basis so you will need an eye for detail and a strong news sense.
Your Profile
You will most likely be a confident journalist looking to progress or a deputy editor / editor looking to move markets or organisations.You will have at least 2 years experience in either a newsletter, commodities or finance related title and it is a must for you to have experience of working with non-native copy as this is a key part of the role.
Language skills are not a prerequisite, but if you speak Russian it would be beneficial.
