This central London studio is a producer of business-to-business (B2B) media. They are currently looking for a middleweight magazine artworker to work across several printed magazine titles, as well as producing web and printed promotional/marketing collateral.
You must have excellent design skills for this deadline-driven, production-orientated role. Ideally, you will be totally fluent in a Mac OS X environment, be an outstanding user of Quark XPress version 7 as well as Photoshop and Illustrator and have experienceof taking a magazine through from layout to press-ready PDFs. You are technically savvy and can be called upon to trouble shoot where necessary.
With a strong background in design and typography and a keen eye for detail, you will be expected to design magazines, supplements, reports, media packs and logos both online and off-line, as well as a plethora of supporting literature and ads.
Working with two other designers as well as editors, marketing and advertising staff on a daily basis, you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills plus the necessary ability to multi-task and prioritise workload commitments in this demanding and rewarding position.
