A leading Investment Management service within the heart of the city is looking for a Report Production Specialist who will be responsible for the production and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
As the Report Production Specialist you will be required to use your exceptional negotiation, project management and creative skills in order to manage the production and distribution of literature through internal and external departments.
You will work closely with managers developing robust processes and schedules to ensure that data is delivered on time, also ensuring that the data provided is acculturate and follows brand guidelines.
Although your main responsibility will be to produce the reports, you will also be required to support the production of accurate factsheets and update existing literature on a regular basis.
It is essential to have advanced QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word along with solid experience in producing complex reports to tight deadlines.
It will be an advantage to have previous experience working within external design agencies and print companies.
