An award winning agency that specialises in branding as a critical hub to all marketing on and offline needs you, a Senior Designer.
You have agency side experience in graphic design, preferably in both print and web. You will be working on a wide variety of projects from ID/brand creation print and web applications for blue chip clients. You should have good experience of branding and brand development and have very strong concept-based portfolio. You should be used to working within a team environment and be able to work under pressure to deliver to deadlines. You will need to be commercial and delivery orientated, producing winning pitch work.
You will also spend a good proportion of your time with the pitch team, producing work on well-vetted and qualified pitches. You will be expected to question, brief and assist in the creation of powerful, supporting proposals.
You are personable and have a "can do" attitude with excellent conceptual skills. You have strong design skills and are used to working on pitches with well thought out ideas.
You can be found on the front line when the going gets tough and are confident under pressure. You have excellent team liaison skills, are a team player and passionate about design and effective marketing applications. Brand design experience is advantageous, as is campaign management TTL.
You will be joining an established team of 20 who have a real passion for design and advanced brand, creation, installation and campaign thinking. Your client base will be varied, ranging from corporate insurers to further education to racing teams.
