As a Service Designer you’ll need to demonstrate an understanding of service design processes and the methods and techniques drawn from user-centered design, design or brand strategy, or design management.
You will need to be great at visual, written and verbal communication of your thinking and be willing and able to get stuck into some complex issues.
You’ll need to contribute positively to the delivery of projects from the start, work as part of a project team, show initiative and above all be diligent and meticulous. Your creativity and ability to apply yourself to designing the means to get to a solution will be greatly valued.
