Support Analyst

£20,000 to £26,000 per annum plus benefits

An outstanding opportunity for a Support Analyst to join a leading multi-national company.  You will provide first to third line support via telephone for the PC desktop and laptop environment.

You must be adept at problem resolution and have an excellent understanding of SQL Server 2000 and 2005, Microsoft 2003 server and IIS Web-Server, Microsoft 2000 and XP, Oracle databases, Active Directory and exposure to Citrix.  You must also be able to write queries, manipulate data using the language SQL and be able to troubleshoot complex issues for financial packages within a Helpdesk environment MCSE qualification is highly desired.  This role involves occasional travel between various UK sites.

You should be self motivated, hold a driving license and be able to provide support for an expanding international environment.  Based in Hampshire, the position reports directly to the Assistant Support Manager.

You
 must be confident, adaptable and have broad IT industry experience, degree level qualifications (Information Technology/ Engineering/ Business), and be able to respond to issues efficiently when required, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
