DTP Specialist - 6 Month Contract

Job description

An award winning City based global law firm is looking for a DTP Specialist to join their busy Document Production team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Shift : 10am - 6pm

The DTP Specialist will work alongside fee earning teams to assist in the delivery of high quality, bespoke and templated, proposals, pitches and presentations.

Duties include:-

  • Creating and formatting proposals, pitches, presentations and diagrams to meet client deadlines and expectations
  • Develop concepts to enhance communications within the parameters of the firm's brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the pitch teams in Business Development and other areas of the business to meet their needs
  • Troubleshoot and provide support to clients and team on templates, styles and MS Office functions
  • Build excellent knowledge and application of the firm's brand guidelines and promote awareness within the London office.
  • Develop and share best practice with team members and clients

Key skills required

  • Prior experience in a similar DTP Specialist role within a corporate, fast paced environment
  • Must have experience of creating bespoke PowerPoint presentations/pitches
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Ability to work alongside fee earning teams and meet their needs often in pressured environment
  • Professional, confident and enthusiastic with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills to prioritise often conflicting and demanding workload
  • Customer service focused and able to liaise and influence at all levels
