Presentations Specialist

Job description

Are you a Presentations Specialist looking for the perfect 9am-5pm role based right in the heart of the City? Then look no further! A global Asset Manager is looking for a Presentations Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.

Duties include:-

  • Produce and update presentations
  • Develop and maintain the presentations library
  • Use DataStream/FactSet and other sources to obtain market and stock information for inclusion in presentations
  • Manipulate data in Excel to produce graphs and charts
  • Interact with Fund Managers to discuss presentation briefs
  • Create bespoke content for pitches and events

Key skills required

  • Prior experience in a similar Presentations Specialist role ideally within Asset Management or financial services
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Prior experience of using DataStream/FactSet or similar market data software to obtain market information to include in presentations
  • An understanding of the asset management industry
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Confident to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and juggle priorities
