Word Specialist / Bid Formatter

Job description

We are looking for a Bid Formatter / Word Specialist to work with a specialist Property Company based in Dartford on a maternity contract.

As the Bid Formatter / Word Specialist you will be supporting the Senior Formatter and other team members to format bid and proposals documentation, ensuring that the client brief is met and the results are delivered on time.

Your duties will include taking the document brief and implementing appropriate formatting and layout solutions, coordinating the flow of documentation and ensuing the highest of standards are maintained within the client deadlines.

Key skills required

You will have experience of working with a high-pressured formatting environment (ideally corporate Bids/Proposals teams) with expert knowledge of Word and PowerPoint alongside advanced Excel, Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign skills.

You will have an excellent eye for detail within presentation layout and remain focused under pressure to complete bids to given deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
