Marc Ansell
Managing Director
Marc achieved BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of London in 1994. He began his career at Kelly Services in 1995. Completing their fast track programme, he was awarded his own branch in central London in 1997. In 1999, he was promoted to National Accounts manager for Finance and Banking. He was responsible for key accounts including Abbey National Group (£8m), Royal Bank of Scotland (£5m) and Norwich Union (£4m). Marc joined Devonshire in January 2002 to lead the Frankfurt team, before relocating to London as Managing Director.Walter Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Walter Brown was one of the founding Director/Shareholders of the Devonshire Group in 1987. His City career commenced in 1970 with private bankers, Coutts & Co. To broaden his professional experience, Walter joined the Europe, Middle East and Africa regional office of Toronto-Dominion Bank in London in 1979. There followed a short period as a UK lending manager with The National Bank of Kuwait, before Walter entered the recruitment industry as a prominent financial sector consultant, specialising in the Middle East market. Over the past 20 years at Devonshire, Walter has helped to guide and develop the business as it is today, covering a spread of disciplines and operating from offices in London, Frankfurt and Warsaw.Tony Bolger
Financial Controller
Tony graduated with a degree in Business Studies in 1989. In 1990, he began his career with Swift Technical Services, becoming the Financial Controller in 1995. In 1997, Tony joined Devonshire, where he set up and managed the variety of accounting systems to match the company's rapid growth and expansion into other recruitment markets in the UK and Europe. In 2004, Tony became Financial Controller of OfficeTiger (Europe), Devonshire's parent company.Norma Hunter
Manager - Frankfurt
Norma leads our German operations, based in Frankfurt. She is bilingual English-German and has extensive knowledge of human resources and recruitment in Germany. Norma advises companies on all aspects of the recruitment cycle in a highly competitive market. Our international clients who are new to Germany particularly benefit from the wide range of recruitment solutions Norma and her team bring to the table.Daniel Lupinski
Manager - Warsaw
Daniel is a graduate of the Commerce and Law School of Warsaw (Foreign Commerce Department) and has over 8 years of HR experience. Since 2000, he has worked for well-known Polish HR agencies such as Job Center and Grafton Recruitment. In Grafton he was responsible for creating the Temporary and Outsourcing Division as a Branch Manager. Daniel is currently buildng Devonshire's reputation as a new, professional Recruitment Agency on the Polish market.Toria Watkins
Training Manager
After graduating in Sport Science, Toria spent over five years working as a Training Manager within the Utilities industry. In her role she developed, designed and implemented all training for the company, covering two offices managing a team of both internal and external trainers. Toria is now currently involved in all areas of Devonshire Training including both the training of new and existing staff and the coordination of training projects.Zoe Fitzgerald
Marketing and Administration Manager
After graduating from Staffordshire University, Zoe began working in recruitment in October 2001 with Intuity Resourcing, where she acted as Administrator/Resourcer. She joined Devonshire in November 2002 as an Administrator, becoming Team Coordinator in 2004. She provided full administrative support to the Devonshire consultant team single-handedly for the next 18 months, also taking on the administrative and marketing requirements of the team. In June 2006, she took on the position of Marketing and Administration Manager, concentrating full-time on advertising and marketing and also managing the administration and reception teams.
