Head of Sales

Are you a driven sales and business development specialist with experience in print?

Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the Head of Sales, you will be required to travel to site locations during the week, including one day a week based in South Wales, one day based in Yorkshire and the rest of the week visiting clients or remote working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all forms sales in the UK
  • Clear accountability for the sales numbers
  • Coordinate all sales activity and lead a strong sales team
  • Develop sales strategy, plans and pipeline
  • Drive new product sales and develop new propositions

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience in business development and sales leadership
  • Experience working in the print industry
  • Driven with strong leadership and team work skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication skills

Salary: £50,000 plus car & commission

Contract: Permanent

Location: Remote
