We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to join a global marketing services and communications business with an incredible client base and service capability.
This is a 2 month contract role (possibly longer) for an accomplished Senior IT Manager who has ample experience in working with recruitment resourcers to interview and hire technical, engineering and leadership roles within a multi-site/multi-tech environment.
This is an unusual but exciting role on a short term basis to help the team at a time of heavy workload.
Working with an incredibly busy, multi-disciplinary team that is expanding, we need an experienced IT leader who can concentrate on the talent pipeline that the department needs to function effectively.
The person in this role will work with the Head of Technology and his senior leadership team to help define the role profiles, brief the internal recruitment resourcing team and then interview the talent through to hiring and on-boarding.
The roles could be middle manager, skill specific roles through to engineer level vacancies.
We are looking for…
- We’re looking for experienced IT leaders that have shaped their teams in terms of resource planning
- You will be incredibly technically adept and have experience in interviewing candidates to reveal their strengths and weaknesses and assess cultural fit
- We need this person to be able to start immediately
- This role would be home based but may require a bit of travel to individual sites across the UK for familiarisation purposes
