Devonshire is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our client, a global print and customer communications outsourcing company.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will be accountable for effectively managing all client interactions/relationships relating to the provision of IT services.
The role is also responsible for service support, covering incident, problem and change management.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong IT background with experience in incident, problem management, and disaster recovery
- Technical account management knowledge
- Resource management
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels when required and influence outcomes to deliver benefits to all parties
- Ability to demonstrate excellent internal and external customer communication skills
- Experience in leading client negotiations
- Experience in leading IT service review meetings with the customer to discuss the operational performance of IT through daily/weekly/monthly metrics and analysis
This role is remote for now, but will be based on site in the future.
