Our client, a leading investment banking company based in the heart of the city, is looking for a motivated Team Assistant within the Securities Division.
Extensive diary management and administration support for large teams and MD. Organisation of complex travel itineraries and processing of expenses for team
Logistical support for conferences and corporate access
Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner
Expense management and preparation
Key skills required:
Experience working with large teams in a highly demanding environment is desirable
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills with attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
Displays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone and by email to senior level executives
This role is a 12 month FTC.
£20 per hour
